Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
You are responsible for shipping costs.
The order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all original parts, components and the packaging is undamaged and in the same condition as the product.

The product has been treated normally; damage due to careless use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly washed before the return process begins.

The product is defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you can start the return process as follows:- Send us an email (contact section)

Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product when broken
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Do not send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have requested it from us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.We would like to inform you that unfortunately returns are not free with us and that costs apply. We understand that this may not be ideal, but we hope that you understand our policy.
